Centerpoint Condominiums

The two towers being constructed at Maple and 7th St. will house 179 condo units and ground floor retail.  Due to a change of ownership, construction on the project will resume shortly.

Tempe Gateway

This 8-story mixed use development includes 238,000 sf of class A office space, 25,000 sf of ground floor retail, structured parking, and signage for businesses.  Construction is virtually complete.  New owners should be opening the building soon.

University Square

Located at Seventh Street at Myrtle, this $500 millon mixed-use development features a 242,000 sf four-star hotel, including 328 rooms, a 95,000 sf convention center, 111,000 sf reatil center and 1,217 parking spaces.  The project is being developed by SAXA. Marriott Residence Inn

This 11-story, 185 room hotel will be located just east of City Hall at 5th St. and Forest. The new building will feature ground floor restaurant and retail space.
